AUTOMATIC CUSTOMERS & BUDGET PLANS

As a part of MEO’s plan to provide the best service and help our community; we have developed a Budget Program that is put into place to help those families that have a certain budget that they maintain.
Our budget is 10 months, starting in August and ending in May. What we do is every July, we sit down and calculate the amount of gallons on average a customer uses during a winter year, which is from August to May. We take the average amount of gallons and multiply it by a projected price, that we come up with using the current market projections, and divide that total by the ten months that you will be paying your budget.

This means that from August to May, you will pay the same exact amount each month which eliminates the anxiety of not knowing how much your next oil bill will be.
The main goal is to spread out your payments during 10 months so that you do not have to pay anything in June or July. Of course, this can vary if the weather does not cooperate or other changes occur (for example if you have a baby, and you have to turn your thermostat up higher than you have in years past).
In order to be on our budget plan, you have to be on our Automatic Delivery Program. There are NO delivery charges, NO set up fees, and NO fees to be on our budget program.
